史达清，男，教授，博士生导师，中共党员。1962年4月生，江苏溧阳人。1983年徐州师范学院化学系化学教育专业本科毕业，1990年南京大学有机化学专业硕士研究生毕业，获理学硕士学位，2004年南京大学有机化学专业博士研究生毕业，获理学博士学位。现为苏州大学化学化工学院有机化学专业博士生导师。主要研究方向为：低价金属促进的有机合成方法学研究；水介质和离子液体中的绿色合成研究；具有离子识别功能的超分子化合物的合成研究。先后主持和参与了国家自然科学基金、江苏省青年科技基金、江苏省“青蓝工程”科研基金、江苏省“333工程”科研基金和江苏省高校自然科学基金等十余科研项目。在国内外核心期刊上发表学术论文100余篇，其中有70余篇被SCI收录。先后在徐州师范大学和苏州工业园区工作过，曾担任徐州师范大学化学系主任，2006年调入苏州大学。现任江苏省化学化工学会常务理事，江苏省教育学会化学教学专业委员会理事。1996年被评为江苏省高校优秀青年骨干教师，1998年入选江苏省“青蓝工程”跨世纪学术带头人培养人选，1997年和2001年两次入选江苏省“333工程”第三层次培养人选，先后被评为江苏省优秀成人教育教师、江苏省高校科技工作先进个人、江苏省高等学校优秀共产党员、江苏省优秀教育工作者，2004年获江苏省高等教育教学成果一等奖。指导的硕士论文有两篇被评为江苏省优秀硕士论文。近年来发表的代表性论文有：
